Job Title: Director, Global Value, Access & Pricing, Solid Tumors & Pipeline

Job Location: Remote (US)

Job Location Type: Remote

Job Contract Type: Full-time

Job Seniority Level:

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.

General Description:

The position will report directly to the Executive Director (ED), Global Value, Access & Pricing (GVAP), Solid Tumors (ST) Lead, and will be responsible for developing GVAP strategies across the Solid Tumor portfolio for pipeline assets, under the direct supervision and approval of the ED, GVAP, Lead, Solid Tumors.

For the purposes of this role, a “pipeline asset” is any internally developed or externally acquired or licensed asset for which no Company Leadership endorsement for making the first major regulatory filing has occurred. The ED, GVAP Solid Tumors, in alignment with the VP, Global Head of GVAP, retains the authority to define and modify the scope of what constitutes a pipeline asset. Under the above definition, an asset will remain a “pipeline asset” until approximately 6-9 months before the first regulatory filing, at which time the Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors Pipeline transitions the asset to the Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors In-line. Subsequent indications or line extensions of the asset would be the on-going responsibility of Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors In-line. Notwithstanding the above, the ED, GVAP, Lead Solid Tumors, retains the discretion to assign to the Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors Pipeline responsibilities that would otherwise fall to the Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors In-line, based on the evolving needs of the organization.

The Director, GVAP, Solid Tumors Pipeline provides critical strategic insights and guidance to ensure pipeline assets meet future market access needs and maximize commercial potential. The person in this position will focus on identifying market access-related evidentiary gaps in clinical development plans that could result in a breadth of reimbursement inconsistent with planned labelled population(s) and/or pricing that does not sustainably support the business. The person in this role will work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to develop recommendations to close those gaps and/or for evidence generation that, if implemented, would result in optimizing reimbursement and pricing potential. The person in this role must be capable of estimating the impact of different clinical development scenarios on access and price potential. The person in this role will confer with the ED, GVAP, Lead Solid Tumors, to determine how and when to disseminate GVAP analysis and recommendations. Furthermore, the position will support portfolio prioritization exercises.

This is a senior role that is critical in setting the foundation for the Company’s future Solid Tumor (ST) product success in that the person in this role develops a strategic vision for the pipeline, which is informed by market access expertise and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of global payers.

Location: East Coast (EST) location is heavily preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
