• Kênh bán hàng: GT - truyền thống.

- Áp dụng kỹ năng bán hàng và hành vi lãnh đạo để thúc đẩy tăng trưởng dài hạn cho sản phẩm Abbott Nutrition trong khu vực.

- Quản lý đội ngũ 6–8 nhân viên bán hàng nhằm phát triển khách hàng mới và mở rộng kinh doanh hiện tại.

- Xây dựng và duy trì mạng lưới nhà phân phối đáng tin cậy, đảm bảo độ phủ và sự sẵn có của sản phẩm.

- Phân bổ trọng số công việc: 40% Quản lý Kinh doanh, 30% Quản lý Khách hàng, 30% Quản lý Nhân sự.

- Thực thi xuất sắc tại điểm bán

Trách nhiệm chính

- Lập và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh theo khu vực, kênh và loại khách hàng.

- Quản lý nhà phân phối để đảm bảo sản phẩm và dịch vụ luôn sẵn có ở mức tối ưu.

- Đàm phán với nhà phân phối để tăng vốn lưu động và hợp tác như đối tác chiến lược.

- Tư vấn kinh doanh cho nhà phân phối, hỗ trợ tối đa hóa ROI và thực hiện ưu tiên của Abbott.

- Đàm phán hợp đồng với khách hàng, cung cấp giải pháp đôi bên cùng có lợi.

- Huấn luyện, đào tạo đội ngũ bán hàng, duy trì sự gắn kết và phát triển nhân sự.

- Phân tích thị trường, xác định tiềm năng khu vực để xây dựng kế hoạch và chiến lược phù hợp.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh (ưu tiên ngành FMCG hoặc sữa).

- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kinh tế hoặc Thương mại.

Kỹ năng cần thiết

- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, đàm phán, bán hàng thuyết phục, lập kế hoạch kinh doanh.

- Quản lý đội nhóm, khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực, tư duy phát triển.

- Thành thạo MS Office, tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là lợi thế.

- Giao tiếp tốt, nhanh nhẹn, trung thực.

- Có kinh nghiệm công việc tương đương Sales Supervisor, Sale Team Leader.....trong ngành hàng sữa/FMCG/consumer.

- Có kinh nghiệm, khả năng quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên với số lượng lớn.

- Có thể đi field và chịu được áp lực công việc cao.

- Kĩ năng sử dụng vi tính văn phòng tốt: Làm báo cáo và phân tích, đọc hiểu số liệu.
