Medpace will be hosting an Online Hiring Event targeting PhD's students in life sciences.

WHEN: September 22 at 11:00 AM

A first pre-screening will be done and if you're selected you will receive a MS Teams invite to follow the online event.

Responsibilities

  • Below are some examples of the positions that we will discuss during the event. Associate Clinical Trial Manager: Communicate and coordinate study activities bewteen the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, third-party vendors, working closely with the Project Coordinators and CTMs. Provide oversight and management of study supplies. Clinical Research Associate Comprehensive training program that provides resources and knowledge to monitor sites independently Travel to non-local, national study sites 60-80% of the time Communicate with medical staff and clinical research physicians on site Regulatory Submissions Coordinator Communicate with research sites (doctor's offices, universities, hospitals, etc.) to collect all essential documents required before the site begins to screen patients to participate in the clinical trial; Maintain and perform ongoing quality review of trial documents within the Trial Master File (TMF); Collect, review, organize, and assemble regulatory start-up submissions (includes submissions to Institutional Review Boards

Qualifications

  • PhD in Life Sciences
  • Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team
  • Willing to work office-based in Leuven
