The Position

Als Senior Application Specialist (d/f/m) gestaltest Du den Kundenservice von morgen und stellst sicher, dass medizinische Labore und Einrichtungen stets reibungslos arbeiten. Mit Deinem Know-how trägst Du direkt dazu bei, die Diagnostik für Patient:innen weltweit zu verbessern und lebenserhaltende Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.

Du wirst Teil unseres engagierten und vielfältigen Kundendienst-Teams im EMEA Customer Support Center (CSC) am Standort Mannheim. Wir arbeiten hand in hand, unterstützen uns gegenseitig mit gebündelter Expertise und sorgen gemeinsam für erstklassigen Service in einer dynamischen, wertschätzenden Atmosphäre.

Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich

  • Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich komplexe Anfragen und Beschwerden unserer Kund:innen sowie Kolleg:innen per Telefon, Remote Service oder Schriftverkehr.
  • Bei Störungen führst Du methodische Fehleranalysen durch, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen und nutzt unser CSC-Labor zur praxisnahen Simulation von Kundensituationen.
  • Du gestaltest und leitest inspirierende Schulungen für Anwender:innen sowie Mitarbeitende rund um unsere innovativen Roche-Systeme.
  • Du begleitest Produktaktualisierungen, teilst Fachwissen über moderne Informationskanäle und verankerst Qualitätsstandards nachhaltig im Prozess.
  • Gelegentlich unterstützt Du Außendienst und Vertrieb vor Ort durch Dein tiefes Produktwissen, Systemkonfigurationen oder Präsentationen.

Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit

  • Naturwissenschaftlicher/technischer Hochschulabschluss (z. B. Biologie, Chemie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. MTA).
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufspraxis im Medizintechnik- bzw. IVD-Umfeld, in der Servicesteuerung oder in einer führenden Laborfunktion.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in mindestens einer der betreuten Ländersprachen sowie gutes Englisch und Deutsch (mindestens B1/B2).
  • Starkes Verständnis für medizinische Analysesysteme, Qualitätssicherung, moderne IT-Netzwerke oder Mechanik/Elektrotechnik.
  • Ausgeprägte Orientierung an Kundenbedürfnissen, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Freude an der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit im interkulturellen Team.
