Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. Amgen is seeking a Senior Director, Content and Audience Strategy to define and lead enterprise content and audience strategy across commercial and stakeholder engagement channels. This leader will translate complex business needs and transformation initiatives into scalable, personalized, and governance-compliant content solutions.

The Senior Director will build and lead a high-performing content and audience strategy function, bringing together content strategy, audience analytics, production, taxonomy, metadata, governance, and stakeholder management. The role will partner with business and portfolio leads, digital product managers, and transformation stakeholders to turn business use cases into audience-driven content strategies and coordinated, multi-channel roadmaps.

The role will also oversee content production strategy and external partner relationships, while guiding the integration and adoption of taxonomy, metadata, content management, and audience intelligence capabilities across the enterprise.

The Senior Director will represent content and audience strategy in executive forums and transformation governance, creating clear decision materials, surfacing dependencies and risks, and helping teams sustain momentum through complex, multi-year change.

  • Monitor taxonomy and metadata quality through regular reviews and reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and hold the team accountable for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop the taxonomy and metadata management team, ensuring it has the skills, tools, authority, and support to maintain enterprise standards and respond to evolving business needs.

Transformation Adoption and Governance

  • Drive enterprise adoption of content platforms, content management systems, taxonomy and metadata standards, and audience intelligence tools by communicating their value and setting clear expectations.
  • Own and maintain the portfolio transformation roadmap, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and budget tracking.
  • Represent content and audience strategy in governance forums with business leads, portfolio leads, digital product managers, and transformation stakeholders; surface decisions, escalate blockers, and document progress.
  • Manage cross-pillar interdependencies and help teams anticipate upcoming needs and risks.
  • Build and execute communication strategies that support enablement across groups, including role clarity, onboarding, and workflow integration.
  • Coordinate with key partners to support delivery accountability and value realization.
  • Track and report on planned milestones, and maintain the future-state strategic vision, milestones, workforce strategy inputs, and investment projections.

Executive Communication

  • Represent content strategy in executive forums, portfolio reviews, and transformation governance discussions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
