  • Coordinate with Broadcom for product-level issues, patches, defects, and vendor-supported fixes.
  • Support investigation of application-server and database-related issues from the application perspective and coordinate with infrastructure or DBA teams when resolution falls outside the Clarity support scope.
  • Support proactive application performance analysis and recommend preventative or corrective actions.
  • Participate in application monitoring and capacity-related technical analysis.
  • Lead or support technical testing, unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
  • Support UAT and production deployment activities.
  • Maintain deployment instructions, technical evidence, rollback plans, validation results, and change records.

  • Participate in the P1/P2 on-call rotation.
  • Lead or support planned weekend upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, and maintenance activities.
  • Act as technical escalation point when production issues require advanced analysis.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
