  • Partner with Global Launch Excellence & Brand Engagement (GLEBE), Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support DAZ pre-launch learning strategy and launch readiness.
  • Contribute to the development of DAZ launch learning plans, curriculum strategy, resource planning, governance, and key launch milestones.
  • Support cross-functional launch workstreams and ensure learning initiatives remain aligned with evolving brand strategy, development timelines, and commercialization milestones.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to maintain a proactive, strategic approach to capability development that enables both current brand success and future launch readiness.
  • US-remote, approximately 30% travel is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
