Für unsere Strahlentherapie in Düren suchen wir eine Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, die unser Team insbesondere im Bereich der Anmeldung und Patientenorganisation unterstützt.

Als Teil der MVZ MedDiagnost GmbH arbeiten Sie in einem spezialisierten Umfeld der Strahlentherapie und gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen medizinischen Berufsgruppen.

Dabei sind Sie eine der ersten Ansprechpersonen für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten und tragen mit Ihrer freundlichen und empathischen Art dazu bei, dass sie sich bei uns gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Patient:innen empfangen und betreuen: Sie begrüßen unsere Patientinnen und Patienten und sind die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort.
  • Termine koordinieren: Sie übernehmen die Terminplanung und unterstützen bei der Organisation eines reibungslosen Praxisablaufs.
  • Telefonische Betreuung: Sie nehmen Anfragen entgegen, geben Auskünfte und leiten Anliegen an die richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen weiter.
  • Administrative Aufgaben übernehmen: Sie erfassen und pflegen Patientendaten und kümmern sich um die zugehörigen Unterlagen.
  • Praxisabläufe organisieren: Sie behalten auch bei mehreren gleichzeitigen Anliegen den Überblick und unterstützen das Team im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Im Team zusammenarbeiten: Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit unseren Ärzt:innen, MTR und weiteren Kolleg:innen der Strahlentherapie.

Ihre Stärken

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) oder eine vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung
  • Freude am persönlichen und telefonischen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Eine freundliche, empathische und serviceorientierte Art
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und die Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Praxissoftware einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung in einer Praxis oder medizinischen Einrichtung ist von Vorteil
