Intro

Für unseren Standort in Essen suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Praxis-/Labormanager:in (m/w/d). In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die operative Leitung unserer Dermatopathologie und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team, der Verwaltung und der ärztlichen Leitung. Wir freuen uns auf Verstärkung für unser Team!

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Personalmanagement: Sie steuern Recruiting und Onboarding, koordinieren und bereiten die Lohnbuchhaltung fürs Steuerbüro vor.
  • Organisation & Administration: Sie optimieren die täglichen Abläufe im Labor und übernehmen das Schnittstellenmanagement (Geschäftsführung, Team und externe Partner wie Kurierdienste, IT & Medizintechnik).
  • Einkauf & Kaufmännisches: Sie verantworten den Materialeinkauf, prüfen Rechnungen und behalten das Probenaufkommen sowie die Laborauslastung im Blick.
  • Qualität & Sicherheit: Sie treiben Digitalisierungs- und Prozessprojekte voran, behalten gesetzliche Auflagen im Blick und unterstützen bei der Pflege der QM-Unterlagen.

Ihre Stärken

  • Qualifikation: Ausbildung als MFA/MTLA mit Aufstiegsfortbildung oder Studium im Gesundheitsmanagement.
  • Erfahrung: Sie bringen Kenntnisse aus dem Praxismanagement, der Büroorganisation oder aus einem Bereich mit hohem Probenaufkommen, wie einem Labor, mit.
  • IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware oder Laborinformationssystemen sowie Excel.
  • Organisationstalent mit Führungsqualität: Sie behalten auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick, lösen Konflikte mit Fingerspitzengefühl und halten den Ärzt:innen administrativ zuverlässig den Rücken frei.
