Graduate Nurse (GN) Job Type: Full-time | Variable 12-hour shifts and rotate every other weekend and major holidays

You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

You’ll benefit from:

A Graduate Nurse (GN) who excels in this role:

  • Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit. Possess a degree from an accredited nursing school.

  • Must obtain PA RN License within 3 months of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • BLS
  • ACLS, within 6-months of hire
