The posting

Job Description: Product Marketing & Content Executive (1-4 years)

Company: Factori.ai

Department: Marketing

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

About Factori

Factori is the real-world data layer for enterprise AI. Our real-world intelligence platform connects business decisions and AI systems to aggregated physical-world signals through the Real World Graph. We help enterprise teams bring external context into decisions about locations, markets and customers. Our marketing team is building awareness and qualified demand among multi-location retailers and QSR businesses, starting with the US market.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who combines product marketing with strong content creation skills. You will help retail buyers understand what Factori does, why it matters and how our insights solve real business problems. Working closely with the Product Marketing Lead and Growth Lead, you will develop product messaging, sales enablement materials, customer stories, thought leadership and digital content. You will translate complex data and product capabilities into clear, credible and engaging narratives that educate buyers, strengthen Factori’s positioning and support marketing and sales efforts.

This is an individual contributor role with equal ownership across product marketing and content marketing.

What You Will Own

A. Product Marketing (50%)

  • Buyer and Market Research: Research retail buying situations, including expansion, site selection, competitor evaluation and local marketing. Gather insights from customer interviews, sales conversations and market research to understand buyer needs and pain points.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Translate Factori’s capabilities, including aggregated mobility signals, points of interest, APIs and MCP, into clear business value propositions for retail expansion leaders, marketers and analysts.
  • Sales Enablement: Create solution briefs, one-pagers, sales decks, demo scripts, FAQs, objection-handling documents and competitive comparison materials to help sales teams communicate Factori’s value.
  • Customer Stories and Use Cases: Work with product, data and customer-facing teams to develop evidence-based customer stories, use cases and original-data narratives. Clearly document sources, assumptions and limitations.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate messaging and launch assets for confirmed product capabilities, including announcements, demos, FAQs and sales enablement materials. Ensure all communication reflects actual product availability.
  • Feedback and Optimization: Gather feedback from sales, customers and marketing campaigns to refine messaging, strengthen positioning and improve the effectiveness of sales materials.

B. Content Marketing (50%)

  • Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with Factori’s marketing priorities, target retail audiences, product narratives and business objectives.
  • Long-Form Content Creation: Write high-quality blogs, articles, industry explainers, thought leadership pieces, reports and other educational content focused on retail intelligence, location analytics, consumer behaviour and AI-driven business decisions.
  • SEO-Focused Content: Create search-friendly content around relevant keywords, customer questions and industry topics. Collaborate with SEO and web specialists to improve content discoverability and organic visibility.
  • Thought Leadership: Turn Factori’s insights, research and expertise into compelling content for executive LinkedIn posts, company updates, newsletters and other relevant channels.
  • Content Repurposing: Adapt original research, customer stories and product insights into multiple formats, including blogs, social posts, email content, webinar materials, infographics and sales collateral.
  • Editorial Quality: Maintain high standards for writing, structure, clarity, factual accuracy, tone and consistency across all content. Work with subject-matter experts to validate technical and business claims.
  • Content Performance: Track relevant metrics such as organic traffic, engagement, content-assisted conversions and asset usage. Use performance data and audience feedback to improve future content.

Required AI Knowledge and Skills

Practical knowledge of using AI to design, execute and improve product marketing and content workflows is required.

  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or equivalents for research synthesis, content development, messaging, ideation and sales enablement.
  • Ability to use AI to accelerate content production while maintaining originality, factual accuracy, brand consistency and appropriate human review.
  • Understanding of prompt design, context grounding and source verification, including validating claims against approved product documentation, customer evidence and reliable sources.
  • Ability to build repeatable AI-assisted workflows with clear inputs, review steps and quality checks.
  • Awareness of responsible handling of confidential information, copyright considerations and the limitations of AI-generated content.

What You Bring

  • Experience in product marketing, content marketing, B2B writing or a related role, with work samples demonstrating your individual contribution.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Experience creating multiple content formats, such as blogs, articles, thought leadership, case studies, product collateral or sales enablement materials.
  • Understanding of product positioning, buyer personas, value propositions and how content supports the customer journey.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimization and content performance metrics.
  • Practical experience using AI in repeatable workflows, including fact-checking, source verification and improving output quality.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work across product, sales, data and marketing teams.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, charts and basic performance reports, and the ability to distinguish verified findings from assumptions.

Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, retail technology, data products, geospatial intelligence or AI-driven solutions is useful but not mandatory.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will understand Factori’s priority retail buyers, establish a strong foundation of approved messaging and content themes, and deliver a coordinated set of product marketing and content assets. Success will be measured through the quality and accuracy of messaging, adoption of sales enablement materials, consistency and effectiveness of content production, organic visibility, audience engagement and contribution to qualified marketing engagement and sales conversations.

Why Join Factori?

Your work will shape how enterprise buyers understand Factori and its real-world intelligence platform. You will work with experienced marketing leaders, explore practical applications of AI in marketing and build content and messaging that help a growing business reach the right audiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
