The posting

Position OverviewThe Cycle counter is responsible for counting and/or verifying inventory levels by conducting system driven counts usingan RF gun. Duties also include reporting issues and discrepancies to office personnel.Essential Job Functions● Cycle count items on a daily basis in accordance with set standards. (50 rack locations per hour)● Audit Receiving variances as needed.● Complete and perform audits for IC Clericals in order to identify error locations and resolve adjustments.● Pull product from warehouse as needed for office personnel.● Identify variances between the system and physical by auditing Shipping locations.● Ability to be cross-trained to assist other departments i.e. QC, OM and Receiving.● Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.● Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.Requirements● Education: High School diploma or equivalent● Experience: 1- 4 years experience in the field or related area● Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Experience with WMS (Warehouse management systems) namelyDCS/CAPE a plus. Ability to operate all light industrial equipment i.e. Order Picker, forklift and Turret.● Working Conditions: Distribution Center. Ability to reach for and move product weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.● Other Skills/Abilities: Organized thought process with high attention to detail. Effective prioritization to meetscheduled deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Well organized, flexible and able to multi-task. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
