The posting

Are you passionate about outdoor learning and helping children thrive in nature? Do you believe that some of the best lessons happen outside the classroom, whatever the weather?

We are a friendly and helpful team who are open to applicants with experience within any key stage group. If you love being outdoors, aren't afraid of a bit of mud or rain, and know how to bring nature to life to ignite children's curiosity, we would love to hear from you. This post is also available as a job share where one person supports the Forst School and the other is predominantly based inside the classroom. If you are looking for part-time hours and would either like to be based outdoors or in the classroom, we would welcome an application from you today. This role is initially fixed term until August 2027.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
