Die Light:Guard GmbH ist ein Technologieunternehmen, welches Dienstleistungen in der Windenergiebranche in den Bereichen Datenerfassung, -verarbeitung, -interpretation und -aufbereitung anbietet. Unser Kernauftrag ist es, mit der Realisierung der Bedarfsgesteuerten Nachtkennzeichnung (BNK) und dem damit verknüpften Akzeptanzgewinn seitens der Bevölkerung den weiteren Ausbau der Windenergie zu unterstützen.

Wir arbeiten mit einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Team an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland. Wir sind immer bestrebt, unser Team in punkto Geschlecht, Hautfarbe, Religion und Herkunft divers zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur an den Büro-Standorten Hamburg und Dresden sowie unseres Serverstandortes in Falkenstein
  • Administration der Microsoft-Umgebung und der On-Premise/Cloud-Systeme
  • Betrieb und Überwachung unserer Proxmox-Cluster, Firewall-, VPN- und Backup-Systeme
  • Verwaltung und Support der Endgeräte (mobile Windows- und Linux-Arbeitsplätze, Drucker, Peripherie)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Research & Development‑Team bei technischen Evaluierungen und der Weiterentwicklung von Systemen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres bestehenden Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems nach ISO 27001, idealerweise mit Option auf Übernahme der ISB-Funktion
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Dokumentation und IT‑Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT‑Bereich bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows‑ und Linux‑Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory und typischen Cloud‑Diensten
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z. B. Proxmox), Netzwerkmanagement (Firewall, VPN) und Backup‑Lösungen
  • Erfahrungen in der Administration und im Betrieb von AWS-basierten Systemen
  • Verständnis für IT‑Sicherheit, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ISO 27001
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Freude an Verantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeit zwischen den Standorten
