Lightspeed recherche un(e) Sales Coordinator pour rejoindre notre équipe Sales dans l’hôtellerie à Paris ! 🚀

Dans ce rôle, tu seras en charge de valider les nouvelles opportunités de vente, de gérer les retours et ajustements de logiciels, tout en aidant les équipes commerciales de Paris sur les tâches administratives après-vente. On cherche quelqu’un qui aime résoudre des problèmes complexes, apprend vite et sait bosser en équipe pour faire tourner la machine !

Veuillez noter que ce poste est basé à Paris, France.

Tes missions :

- Soutenir les équipes Sales dans le suivi et la gestion des opportunités

- Vérifier, consolider et rapprocher les commandes, contrats et paiements.

- Gérer les envois de matériel.

- Aider les clients avec leurs questions de facturation et d’abonnement.

- Suivre les rapports pour optimiser l’efficacité de l’équipe et améliorer les opérations.

Et aussi un peu de…

- S’assurer que les ventes respectent les obligations financières et légales.

- Participer à des projets transverses et initiatives d’entreprise.

- Gérer d’autres missions selon les besoins.

Ce que tu apportes à l'équipe:

- Expérience en support administratif.

- Expérience dans un environnement SaaS ou tech.

- Connaissance de Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack.

- Excellentes compétences en communication.

- Français et anglais impeccables, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

- Esprit d’équipe et envie d’atteindre des objectifs communs.
