• Create scalable credit operations documentation, including SOPs, decision matrices, and training materials.

Billing, AP & Expense Operations

• Oversee billing operations for Lightspeed's module-based DMS subscriptions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Manage Accounts Payable operations, vendor payments, and cash controls.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Partner with the Director, Accounting, and ELT to design, develop, and implement a formalized procurement function from the ground up, including defining processes, establishing governance frameworks, and building organizational capabilities to support scalable vendor management.

• Once implemented, oversee procurement operations including vendor selection, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and vendor onboarding.

• Develop and maintain procurement policies, approval workflows, and spending controls aligned with company objectives.

• Lead third-party risk management processes, including vendor due diligence, compliance reviews, and ongoing vendor performance monitoring.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Credit Risk & Dealer Financial Management

• Design, develop, and implement a credit desk function to manage dealer credit risk across the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle, including credit evaluation for new dealers, order release approvals, credit limit management, and post-sale credit/adjustment authorization workflows.

• Establish credit policies with tiered approval thresholds, documentation standards, and escalation protocols that balance revenue growth with margin protection and risk mitigation.

• Develop cross-functional credit governance processes integrating Sales, Customer Success, AR, and Finance teams.

• Implement credit risk monitoring and reporting for DSO, bad debt exposure, credit utilization, adjustment trends, and approval turnaround times.

• Integrate credit management workflows within NetSuite and Salesforce to automate credit checks, approval routing, and exception handling across the Opportunity-to-Cash process.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Identify automation and workflow redesign opportunities.

• Implement best practices that enhance scalability and strengthen controls.

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Partner with Sales, Procurement, FP&A, and Engineering to support initiatives and integrated workflows.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale financial operations.

• Influence senior leaders regarding pricing, sales strategy, and systems changes.

Compliance, Controls & M&A Integration

• Lead financial operations integration for acquired businesses, including billing alignment, AP migration, and process standardization.

• Support harmonization of data flows across platforms.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
