As a key member of the Project Execution Team, the Tool Equipment Install Technician is an individual contributor reporting to the Tool Install Manager.

  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Blueprint Reading: Understanding architectural and engineering drawings is fundamental. Candidate must interpret these plans to ensure structures and systems are built according to specifications.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Accurate measurements and calculations are critical to avoid costly mistakes and reduce rework.
  • Tool Handling: Familiarity with a wide range of tools and machinery is necessary. Workers should know how to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Material Knowledge: Recognizing different materials and their properties helps in selecting the right resources for specific tasks, ensuring durability and compliance with standards.
  • Problem Solving: Construction sites and factories often present unexpected challenges. The ability to quickly devise solutions keeps projects on track.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Supplier Management: Managing suppliers and contractors and ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Lean Principles: Applying lean principles to ensure efficient and safe construction through commissioning operations.
  • Safety: Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to tool equipment construction and commissioning execution.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following educational or experience requirements:

  • Associate's degree related to semiconductor manufacturing (electronics, electronic engineering technology, engineering or other related technical field of study) with 2+ years technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience OR
  • 2+ years technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related semiconductor manufacturing/technical field.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
