  • Perform timing analysis and support timing closure across complex semiconductor designs.
  • Develop custom circuits, library cells, and clock-related design solutions.
  • Analyze performance, power, area, and timing tradeoffs to improve product efficiency.
  • Create automation solutions using scripting and programming languages to improve design productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, design, physical implementation, validation, and EDA teams.
  • Support debug, validation, and optimization activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive technical issues to closure while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
  • Influence future methodologies, design flows, and clocking technologies.

Behavioral Traits We Are Looking For

  • Strong ownership and accountability for technical deliverables.
  • Curiosity and passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
