La Ligue pulmonaire neuchâteloise (LPNE) est une association de droit privé à but non lucratif, reconnue d’utilité publique, composée de 65 collaborateurs. Notre objectif est de créer un environnement propice à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients atteints de maladies respiratoires, en adoptant une approche globale et motivationnelle, intégrant les dimensions bio\-psycho\-sociales au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Pour élargir notre aide à un plus grand nombre de patients, la LPNE a mis en place le Centre pluridisciplinaire neuchâtelois de l’obésité (CPNO), qui fait partie intégrante de notre association. Ce centre dispose d’infrastructures spécifiquement conçues pour améliorer la qualité de vie et combattre la stigmatisation des personnes vivant avec l’obésité, en offrant un accompagnement fondé sur l’éducation thérapeutique, axée sur la nutrition, la psychologie, l’activité physique adaptée, la médication GLP\-1 et le suivi d’informations : /

  • Date d’entrée dès que possible ou à convenir ;
  • Taux d’activité entre 80% et 100% ;
  • Travail sur nos différents sites ;

Missions principales

  • Accueillir les patients, gérer les appels téléphoniques ainsi que les mails des patients et clients ;
  • Planifier et gérer les agendas des différents médecins et thérapeutes ;
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs de la LPNE et du CPNO ainsi que la gestion des tâches administratives ;
  • Participer, soutenir et aider dans l’organisation logistique de manifestations diverses ;

Profil, qualités recherchées

  • CFC d’assistante en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) est un atout ou CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ;
  • Aisance informatique, maîtrise de Word et d’Excel est essentiel ;
  • Engagement professionnel, flexibilité et esprit d’équipe ;
  • Autonomie et efficience ;Capacité à travailler en interdisciplinarité ;
  • Ouverture d’esprit, goût pour l’évolution et le développement des prestations.
