Ihre Verantwortung ----------------------

Sie unterstützen die LIKA\-Gruppe in sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen und tragen massgeblich zur rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Absicherung unserer Immobilien\- und Bauprojekte bei:

  • Rechtliche Beratung in allen relevanten Rechtsgebieten, insbesondere Bau\-, Vertrags\-, Immobilien\- und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Vertretung der Gesellschaften in gerichtlichen und aussergerichtlichen Verfahren, insbesondere in Zivil\-, Schlichtungs\-, Schieds\- und Betreibungsverfahren sowie Verwaltungsbehörden insbesondere in grundstücksbezogenen Verfahren, bspw. im Zusammenhang mit Bauhandwerkerpfandrechten und immobilienrechtlichen Streitigkeiten.
  • Prüfung, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen wie Werkverträgen, Generalunternehmerverträgen, Kauf\- und Mietverträgen sowie weiteren projektrelevanten Vereinbarungen
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwälten, Notaren, Behörden und weiteren externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung rechtlicher Risiken sowie Erarbeitung praxisnaher und wirtschaftlicher Lösungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Vertragsvorlagen und Richtlinien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (MLaw oder vergleichbar), Anwaltszulassung von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Voraussetzung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Inhouse Counsel oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei, vorzugsweise im Bau\- und Immobilienumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Vertrags\- und Gesellschaftsrechts
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Selbständigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen wie externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Deutsch: C2 – Muttersprachliches Niveau
  • English: fliessend mündlich und schriftlich
  • Weitere Sprachen: Italienisch und/oder ösisch von Vorteil
