1.协助导师完成游戏系统与玩法模块的资料整理、竞品研究、功能拆解和文档输出； 2.协助维护项目内游戏前期系统设计资料，包括新手流程、D1-D7 留存/付费数据追踪、内测反馈汇总、和跨部门任务跟进； 3.根据明确需求完成表格、文档、对比分析、测试记录等基础策划交付物，保证信息清晰、准确、可追溯； 4.在导师指导下参与轻量系统或功能点的设计支持工作，包括资料准备、配置检查、测试验证和问题跟进； 5.与策划、美术、程序、测试等团队成员协作，推动具体执行任务按时落地。

1. 校招岗位，不要求正式游戏行业工作经验；有游戏策划实习、校园项目、游戏社团、独立 Demo 或相关作品经历者优先； 2. 对 SLG 品类有兴趣并愿意深入研究，了解头部 SLG / SLG+X 产品，如 Last War、Whiteout Survival 等，对其核心玩法、成长结构、活动节奏、商业化包装有基本认知； 3. 热爱游戏，愿意大量体验竞品并主动记录，能够整理玩法流程、系统结构、活动规则、用户体验问题和可参考设计点； 4. 具备一定 Unity 使用基础，理解基础编辑器操作、Prefab、场景、组件或简单脚本逻辑者优先； 5.对 AI 工具有一定掌握能力，能使用 AI 辅助完成资料整理、竞品分析、文档草拟、表格处理或基础原型验证。
