Ready to build a new life under the Spanish sun?

We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a well-known telecom project in Alicante and Málaga. You’ll help customers with mobile, internet and TV questions — and you’ll join a friendly Dutch-speaking team.

What you will do:

You support Dutch customers with:

  • SIM activation & mobile data setup
  • Internet troubleshooting
  • TV box installation
  • General questions about mobile, internet & TV
  • Light sales (cross/upsell) — full training provided

No previous experience needed — just motivation and good communication skills.

Hybrid WorkAfter 2 weeks training.

Choose your contract: Full-time or Part-timeYou decide your weekly hours:

Opening hours:Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 · Weekends 09:00–17:30You work 5 days/week + 2 weekends/month.
