Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zum Aufbau unserer Partnerpraxis in Trier eine

Medizinische Fachangestellte / MFA (all genders) zur Voll- oder Teilzeitanstellung!

Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung der Patienten
  • Terminvergabe und Organisation des Praxisablaufs
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team mit Arzt und Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Assistenz bei Untersuchungen und Behandlungen
  • Durchführung von Blutabnahmen, Injektionen, Impfungen, EKGs und Wundversorgungen
  • Vorbereitung von Laborproben und Durchführung einfacher Labortests
  • Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Patientendaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung (EBM/GOÄ)
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Auskunft
  • Umsetzung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei strukturierten Behandlungsprogrammen (z. B. DMP)

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (MFA)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Tätigkeit
  • Freude an Teamarbeit – insbesondere an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Arzt und PA
  • Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patienten
  • Motivation, die medizinische Versorgung auf dem Land aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse in Praxissoftware und administrativen Abläufen (wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung

Auch Bewerbungen von Fachkräften mit vergleichbarer medizinischer Ausbildung sind herzlich willkommen – z. B. aus der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, der medizinisch-technischen Assistenz, der operationstechnischen Assistenz (OTA) oder der zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten (ZFA).
