DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

  • Asegurar que los sistemas de calidad directamente relacionados con instalaciones, servicios, mantenimiento y equipos se gestionan de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Asegurar que las instalaciones, servicios, equipos de fábrica y del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad con y sin automatización y sistemas de control distribuido se mantienen validados durante todo su ciclo de vida participando en los procesos de monitorización, revisiones periódicas y cambios en los mismos.
  • Colaborar en el mantenimiento del estado de validación/cualificación de equipos y de los procesos de empaquetado, bien a través de los controles de cambio que se produzcan o mediante las actividades de seguimiento establecidas en la estrategia de revisiones periódicas.
  • Participar en los equipos de gestión de proyectos y en las validaciones/cualificaciones de los mismos para asegurar que se realicen de acuerdo con los requerimientos establecidos por la Corporación para instalaciones, equipos y servicios.
  • Aprobar las revisiones periódicas o informes de monitorización del estado de cualificación de los equipos, instalaciones y servicios para garantizar su mejora continua.
  • Proporcionar consejo técnico y de calidad a las áreas de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería para conseguir mejora continua y asegurar excelencia funcional.
  • Asegurar que se realizan y documentan adecuadamente los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos para garantizar la estabilidad del programa de mantenimiento.
  • Realizar la monitorización de los servicios para asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones y realizar las evaluaciones periódicas de los mismos, así como la investigación de las desviaciones que se generen en dichos servicios.
  • Aprobar los documentos GMP de la planta para asegurar que cumplen con los estándares predeterminados, por ejemplo: procedimientos, especificaciones, validaciones, protocolos de cualificaciones, informes, etc.
  • Participar en las auditorías realizadas por las Autoridades Sanitarias, la Corporación o Terceros cuando sea aplicable.

REQUERIMIENTOS DE FORMACIÓN

Ingeniería preferiblemente Química o Industrial

REQUERIMIENTOS DE EXPERIENCIA

Experiencia mínima de 4 años en áreas de manufacturing y calidad en industria altamente regulada.

Se valorará positivamente experiencia en industria farmaceutica así como experiencia en procesos de cualificación y validación

REQUERIMIENTOS DE IDIOMA

Inglés fluído - hablado y escrito

HABILIDADES PERSONALES

  • Habilidades interpersonales: trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente (interno/externo), toma de decisiones, buena comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Habilidades organizativas: cualidades para priorizar objetivos, personas muy organizadas y detallistas.
  • Habilidades técnicas: conocimiento en las normas de correcta fabricación, en conceptos de calidad y en su aplicación en la industria farmacéutica, así como mantenerse informado de las nuevas tendencias en instalaciones y servicios y su aplicación en la Industria Farmacéutica.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas: conocimientos de software ofimático de uso común a nivel usuario, así como conocimiento de los sistemas informáticos que controlan los procesos de negocio.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

€37,590 - €55,150

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
