PRA & Corporate Affairs Lead – Baltics

Make an impact where science, policy and patient access come together

This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape Pricing, Reimbursement & Access (PRA) and Corporate Affairs across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

In this role, you will shape the external environment to help create sustainable access to innovative medicines. Working at the intersection of healthcare policy, market access, reimbursement, advocacy and business strategy, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and translate healthcare-system insights into strategies that support patients and the business.

You will work closely with Baltic leadership and cross-functional teams, as well as colleagues across the broader cluster, regional and global organization.

Pricing, Reimbursement & Access Leadership

You will:

  • Lead, inspire and develop the Baltic PRA team, setting clear strategic direction, priorities and expectations across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • Shape and execute pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies that support sustainable patient access and business objectives.
  • Lead reimbursement and pricing processes with national health insurance funds, reimbursement authorities and other relevant stakeholders, including negotiation and re-negotiation strategies.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant reimbursement applications and pricing submissions through strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and localization of pharmacoeconomic analyses, including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility and budget impact models.
  • Lead pricing and reimbursement business cases related to changes in maximum or selling prices, partnering with relevant regional and international stakeholders to secure required approvals.
  • Contribute subject-matter expertise through the review of cost-effectiveness modelling outputs and recommendations.
  • Lead the PRA components of annual Customer Plans for key products, ensuring strong connection between access strategy, reimbursement priorities and business objectives.
  • Anticipate changes in the legislative, regulatory and healthcare-policy environment, translating emerging opportunities and risks into clear strategic actions.
  • Establish strong governance to ensure compliance with local legislation, industry standards and company policies.

Corporate Affairs & External Engagement

You will:

  • Define and drive the Corporate Affairs strategy for the Baltics, aligned with business priorities, patient access objectives and the evolving external environment.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with government officials, healthcare policymakers, healthcare budget holders, patient organizations and other influential external stakeholders.
  • Lead environment-shaping and advocacy initiatives designed to advance healthcare-system priorities and improve patient access.
  • Build and mobilize external coalitions and stakeholder networks, including multi-stakeholder alliances, parliamentary groups, patient advocacy partnerships and relevant scientific organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration with patient organizations, scientific associations, professional societies and other influence groups.
  • Partner with Medical on relevant scientific and expert engagements, including Advisory Boards, and strengthen meaningful engagement with patients and patient organizations.
  • Translate company, therapeutic-area, PRA and business priorities into compelling healthcare policy and advocacy strategies.
  • Ensure commercial and launch plans are supported by robust Corporate Affairs strategies and tactics linked to access and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute external communication strategies with relevant partners to enhance awareness of the company’s scientific contribution, innovation and impact on patient care, in full compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Strategically leverage participation in trade and industry associations across the Baltic states.
  • Collaborate closely across the Baltic organization and the broader cluster to ensure strong alignment between PRA, Corporate Affairs, Medical and Commercial strategies.

What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with the ability to turn strategy into action. You will thrive in this role if you can navigate complex healthcare systems, build credibility with senior external stakeholders and bring different perspectives together around a common goal.

You are likely to bring:

  • Strong experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, health policy, government affairs or Corporate Affairs within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid understanding of reimbursement processes, healthcare systems and the external policy environment.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, negotiation and communication capabilities.
  • The ability to operate effectively across countries, functions and organizational levels.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • The judgment to balance patient access, external environment, compliance and business priorities in complex situations

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
