Hoy buscamos incorporar a un(a) Supervisor(a) de Higiene Hospitalaria para desempeñarse en una importante instalación de salud ubicada en San Ramón.

Objetivo del cargo

Supervisar y controlar los procesos de higiene hospitalaria, asegurando el cumplimiento de los protocolos, normativas sanitarias y estándares de calidad establecidos, contribuyendo a la seguridad de pacientes, funcionarios y visitantes.

Principales funciones

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos de higiene hospitalaria.
  • Coordinar y controlar al equipo de trabajo asignado.
  • Realizar inspecciones permanentes de limpieza e higiene en las distintas áreas del establecimiento.
  • Verificar el correcto uso de elementos de protección personal (EPP) y uniformes por parte del personal.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y calidad del servicio.
  • Informar incidencias y proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos operativos.

Requisitos

  • Enseñanza Media Completa.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cargos de supervisión o áreas de higiene hospitalaria.
  • Conocimiento en limpieza y desinfección hospitalaria.
  • Contar con vacunación contra Hepatitis B.
  • Deseable:Curso de Infecciones Asociadas a la Atención de Salud (IAAS) de 21 horas. Curso de Manejo de Residuos de Establecimientos de Atención de Salud (REAS) de 27 horas.

Jornada de trabajo

Sistema de turnos 2x2

  • Turno 2x2 de 8:00 a 20:00 horas.

Renta liquida aprox: 715.000
