Management Consultant – Säljträning & Förändringsledning | Intenz

Hos Intenz säljer du inte bara in uppdrag. Du äger dem, levererar dem och ser resultaten på plats. Det är en roll för dig som är lika bekväm med att stänga en deal som att stå på scen och utmana en säljkultur.

Vad du gör:

  • Du prospekterar och säljer in egna uppdrag – primärt mot Limes befintliga CRM-kunder
  • Du levererar workshops och utbildningar inom säljträning, målstyrning och förändringsledning
  • Du coachar och leder grupper om 5–15 personer – säljare, ledare och kundservice
  • Du agerar strategisk rådgivare och hjälper kunder att sätta, följa upp och utveckla deras kundresor.

Vem du är:

  • Du har 4 års B2B-erfarenhet och har ägt hela säljprocessen själv
  • Vi ser gärna att du har universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi eller kanske retorik
  • Du är trygg i att leda och coacha andra – individuellt eller i grupp
  • Du kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska
  • Du är pepp på AI och vill utforska vad ny teknik kan göra för att förbättra eller förenkla en kundresa eller kundupplevelse

Utmaningen – och kicken:
