Vad kommer du att göra?

Som projektledare ansvarar du för att driva kundprojekt som tar våra kunder till nya höjder. Du ansvarar för hela implementationsprocessen och att löpande stötta kunden under processens gång så att de får ut det mesta av sin CRM-investering.

Mer konkret handlar det om att:

  • Hålla möten och workshops för att identifiera och kravställa kundens behov
  • Planera och driva projekten i dialog med involverade parter såväl internt som externt
  • Säkra projektleverans och utbilda slutanvändare
  • Rådge och leda kunderna i att effektivisera sina processer och arbetssätt med Lime CRM som stöd
  • Göra enklare anpassningar i systemet och skräddarsy den tekniska kundlösningen tillsammans med Limes applikationsutvecklare
  • Proaktivt arbeta med projektstyrning, tid och kvalitet - alltid med fokus på kundvärde och långsiktiga relationer

För att lyckas krävs det att du arbetar strukturerat och målfokuserat samt är van vid att leda projekt med kunden i fokus. För att skapa värde för kunderna är det viktigt att du förstår produktens möjligheter och hur nya funktioner kan stärka deras verksamhet.

Projektens storlek varierar mellan 2–18 månader och du kommer att arbeta parallellt med nya projekt och långsiktiga förvaltningsprojekt med några av våra större kunder. Att bygga relationer med kunderna är på så vis en central del av rollen.

När du inte är ute på kundbesök utgår du från vårt kontor i Lund och blir en del av vår Expert Services-avdelning med cirka 175 kollegor i Europa. Detta är en konsultroll där du kommer att jobba mot en uppsatt budget och individuella debiteringsmål.

Vem är du?

  • Du har 2-4 års erfarenhet av att projektleda mjukvaruimplementationer
  • Du har ett affärstänk och en generell verksamhetsförståelse
  • Du tar ägandeskap i dialog med kund och är van vid att jobba med flera olika intressenter och stakeholders
  • Du kan omvandla problem, processer och behov till kreativa lösningar och konkreta förslag
  • Du har erfarenhet av, eller ett intresse för att utforska och arbeta med AI
  • Du har en akademisk utbildning
  • Du talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat
  • Du har körkort
