Bei Lime erwartet Dich ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen mit neun Niederlassungen in sechs Ländern. Gegründet im Jahr 1990, sind wir seit 2000 jährlich um etwa 20 % gewachsen. Wir planen, dieses Tempo beizubehalten. Im Jahr 2020 haben wir unser erstes nicht-nordisches Büro in den Niederlanden eröffnet. Seitdem haben wir auch den deutschen Markt erschlossen und arbeiten kontinuierlich an weiteren Expansions- und Akquisitionsstrategien.

Was wirst du tun?

Im Projektmanagement bist Du für die Durchführung von Kundenprojekten verantwortlich, die unsere Kunden auf ein neues Niveau bringen. Du leitest die Implementierung und unterstützt die Kunden kontinuierlich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Meetings und Workshops durchführen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren.
  • Projektplanung und Gesprächen mit externen Dienstleistern steuern.
  • Sicherstellen der Projektabwicklung und Schulung der Endnutzer.
  • Die technische Lösung gemeinsam mit den Applikation-Consultants von Lime konfigurieren, entwickeln und anpassen.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Vertriebsteam unsere Lösung auf dem deutschen Markt etablieren und ausbauen.
  • Eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Erweiterung des lokalen Delivery-Teams spielen.

Du wirst Teil des großartigen 10-köpfigen Lime-Teams in Köln und der Expert Services Abteilung. Das bedeutet, dass Du viel Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit von Deinen Lime-Kollegen in ganz Europa bekommst. In unserem Kölner Büro teilst Du Dir den Arbeitsplatz mit unseren Kollegen von Lime Connect, ehemals Userlike, eine unserer Akquisitionen innerhalb der Lime Technologies Group. Insgesamt hast Du 500 Kollegen, von denen etwa 50 in Köln ansässig sind.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Implementierungsprojekten.
  • Du hast eine unternehmerische Denkweise und den Ehrgeiz, unsere Delivery-Abteilung in Deutschland aufzubauen.
  • Du bist es gewohnt, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten und übernimmst Verantwortung im Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Du bist strukturiert und zielorientiert.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit oder Interesse an AI.
  • Du hast einen akademischen Abschluss, vorzugsweise in der IT.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
