Job Summary: District Manager leads a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to deliver sales, market share, and profit targets across an assigned district. This role combines field leadership, team development, and commercial strategy. The District Manager drives the execution of new product launches, builds strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, pharmacies, and distributors, and uses market data to guide decisions. Success in this position means consistently achieving quarterly targets, maintaining high-quality field execution, and building a high-performing, well-coached team.

Key Responsibilities: - Achieve 100% of sales targets for area and new launches and contribute to profit/value targets per quarter -Conduct KOL visits, RTDs, awareness campaigns, and business events while tracking ROI and outcomes for his district -Recruit top talent, close vacancies on time, and nurture team capabilities through structured development, coaching, and succession planning. -Ensure MR call quality, 90%+ coverage of visits, SPOC orders, and structured doctor/customer segmentation and targeting. -Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure new product launches are available in key and chain pharmacies. -Submit MR feedback, analyze market data using IMS, and conduct quarterly business reviews for strategic decisions.

-Achieve quarterly market share gains and positive EI performance across strategic product portfolios. -Manage budgets for field activities within approved marketing budgets

-Track ROI in sales activities

-Evaluate team performance against KPIs, provide feedback and corrective action plans.

Requirements

Education Needed : Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/Vet/Science majoring in chemistry

Experience Needed: 3 -5 years of experience as Area Supervisor or District Manager

Technical Knowledge: Sales analytics leadership skills Financial Acumen
