Har du erfaring fra transportbranchen og lyst til at arbejde hands-on med fragt, told og internationale transportprocesser i en global virksomhed? Så er du måske vores nye Freight & Duty Compliance Coordinator.

Hos LINAK får du en specialistrolle, hvor du bliver en vigtig del af arbejdet med at sikre gode transportløsninger, korrekt dokumentation og stabile processer inden for håndteringen af fragt og told. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger, datterselskaber og eksterne samarbejdspartnere og bidrage med din praktiske erfaring fra transport- og logistikområdet.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Arbejde med transportaftaler, løbende opfølgning og praktisk koordinering med transportører.
  • Bidrage til korrekt håndtering af told, import/eksport og relevant dokumentation
  • Vedligeholde processer for HTS-klassificering og oprindelsesdokumentation
  • Supportere organisationen i spørgsmål om fragt, told og generelle transport løsninger.
  • Holde dig opdateret på relevante krav og bidrage til, at ændringer omsættes til praktiske arbejdsgange
  • Følge op på nøgletal, rapportering og forbedringsmuligheder inden for transport og told.
  • Deltage i optimeringsprojekter indenfor transport og told.

Du:

  • har praktisk erfaring fra transportbranchen, speditør eller en lignende rolle.
  • har erfaring med told, import/eksport regler, oprindelsesregler og/eller international handel
  • har en relevant baggrund inden for logistik, supply chain, transport eller international handel
  • arbejder struktureret og kan lide at få processer og detaljer til at hænge sammen i hverdagen
  • trives med både selvstændige opgaver og tæt samarbejde med kolleger og eksterne partnere
  • kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt
