Er du en dygtig automatiktekniker med passion for vedligeholdelse og optimering af produktionsudstyr? Vil du være en del af et dynamisk team, der arbejder med robotteknologi og automatiske anlæg inden for svejs, stans og pulverlakering? Så er det dig, vi leder efter til vores vedligeholdelsesafdeling hos LINAK Profiles Rønsdam 60, 6400 Sønderborg.

I teamet er vi 4 gutter, der er rigtig skarpe inden for mekanik, svejsning og svejserobotter, men vi mangler en som har en mere el-teknisk baggrund med flair for PLC og styringer. Stillingen er på fast daghold, der kan dog være ændringer ifm. ferier.

Hos LINAK Profiles er vi i konstant udvikling og fokuserer på optimering af vores processer og produktionsudstyr. Vi har flere tiltag i gang med nyt produktionsudstyr, som skal gøre produktionen mere smidig og gøre arbejdsdagen nemmere for vores operatører og vedligehold.

Vi værdsætter et stærkt samarbejde og en positiv teamånd. Som en del af vores team vil du få mulighed for relevant efteruddannelse og personlig udvikling.

Primære opgaver:

  • Systematisk vedligehold af produktionsudstyr
  • Fejlfinding og fejlretning af PLC-styrede anlæg og maskiner
  • Produktionsoptimering af udstyr i samarbejde med produktionsteknikere og operatører
  • Systematisk fejlsøgning, fejlretning og reparation af pneumatiske/elektriske anlæg og styringer
  • Udarbejdelse af teknisk dokumentation, instruktioner og vejledninger
  • Medvirke ved køb af produktionsudstyr

Du:

  • er faglært automatiktekniker eller har anden relevant uddannelse og har et godt kendskab til produktionsudstyr, PLC fortrinsvis Siemens.
  • er fleksibel og indstillet på at springe fra den ene opgave til den anden, når arbejdet kræver det, samt indstillet på at påtage dig opgaver, der ikke falder ind under værkstedets normale arbejdsområde
  • udviser faglig stolthed og er på forkant med produktionsudstyrets tilstand, så det inden for dit område til enhver tid er optimalt vedligeholdt og løbende forbedres
  • er serviceminded, resultatorienteret, kvalitetsbevidst og en stabil arbejdskraft
  • er selvstændig, opsøgende og kan holde hovedet koldt i pressede situationer
  • bidrager til et værdifuldt samarbejde og er en god team player.
  • kan begå dig på dansk, engelsk og gerne tysk
  • har truckcertifikat eller er indstillet på at få det.
