The posting

The Lincoln Community School is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time (20 hours/week) custodian

This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and community.

Schedule: 4 hours a day, M-F, from 5-9 p.m. (schedule is flexible as needed). Potential for additional hours during school vacations and summer months.

Primary Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize classrooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors. Empty trash and recycling. Restock restroom and cleaning supplies. Perform periodic deep cleaning and assist with occasional light maintenance projects. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, manages their time effectively, and is comfortable working independently. Previous custodial experience is helpful but not required. Employment is subject to required school background checks.

Compensation: $22.03 - $29.08/hour, depending on experience and education.
