Are you an experienced HVAC, BAS, Controls, Chiller, or Critical Cooling Technician ready for a new challenge?

We're seeking industry professionals who want to share their knowledge and help train the next generation of data center technicians, In our partnership between Lincoln College and JCI.

What You'll Teach

✅ HVAC Controls & Building Automation Systems (BAS)

✅ Chilled Water & Cooling Infrastructure

✅ Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

✅ DDC Controls, Sensors & Actuators

✅ Networking Fundamentals & System Integration

✅ Safe Work Practices & Industry Standards

What We're Looking For

✔ HVAC Controls, BAS, HVAC Service, or Cooling Systems experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

✔ Passion for mentoring others

✔ Comfortable with technology and technical documentation

✔ No teaching experience required

Industry experience matters most.
