The posting

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly experienced Senior Social Strategist to lead organic social media strategy, audience growth, content development, and community engagement for a dynamic, technology focused brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of social strategy, creative storytelling, emerging technology, and community building. The ideal candidate understands that successful organic social media is not simply about publishing content. It is about creating meaningful conversations, building engaged audiences, and developing content that resonates across platforms.

This is a hands-on strategic role with the opportunity to shape and expand an organic social presence, introduce innovative AI powered workflows, develop creator partnerships, and build scalable processes that elevate social media performance.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and demonstrate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Strategy & Content Development

  • Lead organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars that support audience growth, brand awareness, engagement, and product initiatives.
  • Concept, write, and produce compelling, platform native content, with a strong emphasis on video and interactive storytelling.
  • Identify emerging social trends and translate them into timely, relevant content opportunities.
  • Develop creative strategies that generate authentic engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
  • Establish channel specific objectives, content strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Audience Growth & Community Engagement

  • Drive measurable growth in followers, reach, engagement, and community participation.
  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with developer and technology focused audiences.
  • Develop community management strategies, engagement guidelines, and response protocols.
  • Monitor audience conversations, emerging communities, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for meaningful participation.
  • Translate community feedback, sentiment, and engagement trends into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with communications and support teams to manage sensitive conversations and escalations.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

  • Develop and execute creator and influencer programs from initial sourcing through campaign execution and measurement.
  • Identify relevant creators, industry voices, and community advocates who align with brand objectives.
  • Manage creator briefing, content collaboration, performance tracking, and partnership coordination.
  • Establish scalable creator management processes, including databases, briefing templates, rate benchmarks, and brand safety standards.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop authentic user generated content and creator led campaigns.

AI, Social Tools & Performance Analytics

  • Evaluate and optimize social media tools supporting publishing, social listening, community management, creator partnerships, and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI powered tools into content development, workflow automation, audience insights, and reporting.
  • Develop scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and social media effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including follower growth, reach, engagement, video performance, and creator program effectiveness.
  • Own recurring performance reporting and translate analytics into clear recommendations and ongoing optimizations.
  • Use audience insights and performance data to inform future creative strategies and content investments.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with brand, creative, product marketing, communications, and paid media teams to support integrated initiatives.
  • Incorporate organic social strategy into product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into compelling social content.
  • Manage agency and external partner relationships to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Present recommendations, performance insights, and strategic opportunities to cross functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in organic social media strategy, content development, and community management.
  • Demonstrated success growing organic social audiences, increasing engagement, and building brand awareness through measurable initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, including platform specific content strategies and audience behaviors.
  • Strong experience developing video first, interactive, and creator driven social content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media content calendars, publishing workflows, and community engagement.
  • Proven experience developing and managing creator or influencer partnerships, including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with social media management, listening, community engagement, creator management, and analytics tools.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, operational efficiency, audience analysis, or reporting.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative conceptualization skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating performance data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, move quickly, and execute in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting organic social strategy for consumer facing, direct to consumer, technology, or digital platform brands.
  • Demonstrated success developing organic social campaigns that generated meaningful engagement without relying primarily on paid advertising.
  • Experience building or expanding social media programs, including operational processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful video first, interactive, or creator led social campaigns.
  • Experience engaging developer communities, technical audiences, or emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity managing sensitive community conversations and escalation processes in collaboration with communications, legal, or customer support teams.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI enabled social media tools and automation workflows.

This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic ownership with hands-on creativity in a highly visible, technology driven environment.

You will have the ability to shape organic social strategy, introduce emerging AI capabilities, build meaningful creator relationships, and develop scalable systems that support long term audience growth.

Rather than maintaining an established playbook, you will help define what comes next, bringing fresh ideas, creative experimentation, and measurable impact to a brand with significant reach.

If you are passionate about building communities, creating content that sparks conversation, and transforming social media strategy into meaningful business results, we encourage you to apply.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
