The posting

Rattaché au responsable d’agence commerciale et au responsable des opérations, vous pilotez l’intégralité des flux physiques et informatiques de l'agence. Votre objectif : garantir un service client irréprochable et optimiser la performance logistique en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale et les canaux de vente OEM & NATHER.

Vos missions principales:

  • Gestion des flux et transports : coordonner les départs de l'agence en lien avec l'ADV, les équipes logistiques de terrain et les approvisionneurs.
  • Logistique opérationnelle : organiser la réception des commandes fournisseurs et des navettes internes (déchargement, contrôle quantitatif/qualitatif, mise en rayon) et assurer la préparation de commandes.
  • Gestion des stocks : réaliser les inventaires tournants (organisation du comptage, contrôle de cohérence, validation dans l'ERP) et assurer un suivi hebdomadaire des indicateurs stocks et transports.
  • Référent QHSE local : veiller à la propreté, l'accessibilité et la sécurité du dépôt. Vous gérez l'entretien des chariots, le respect des consignes de sécurité, ainsi que la commande et la distribution des EPI.
  • Amélioration continue : être force de proposition pour optimiser l'organisation de l'agence au quotidien.

Horaires de travail:

Le poste est basé sur un rythme de 38 heures en moyenne, réparti en alternance 1 semaine sur 2 :

  • Semaine A : Du lundi au jeudi de 07h30 à 12h00 et de 13h00 à 17h00. et le vendredi à 12h00
  • Semaine B : Du lundi au jeudi de 07h30 à 12h00 et de 13h00 à 17h00, et le vendredi à 15h00.

Contrat : CDI

Prise de poste : au plus tôt

Rémunération: 2300€ à 2400€ brut mensuel

Le profil recherché

  • issu d'une formation Bac à Bac+2 en logistique, transport ou commerce (vente comptoir), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.
  • Compétences clés : vous maîtrisez la réglementation sécurité, les flux logistiques ainsi que les outils informatiques (Pack Office et ERP type SAP ou Dynamics). Vos CACES R489 1B et 3 sont obligatoirement à jour.
  • Savoir-être : rigoureux et proactif, votre excellent relationnel et votre sens de l'écoute vous permettent de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients
