The posting

En tant que Responsable de stocks pour le site de Freneuse, vous pilotez l’ensemble des opérations logistiques locales sur un site à taille humaine avec une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes.

Concernant votre périmètre :

Pilotage des opérations logistiques

  • Superviser les flux du site : réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, expédition, transport
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (qualité, délais, quantités) et mettre en place des actions correctives
  • Garantir la satisfaction client, en lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales et les agences Lindab

Management et sécurité

  • Encadrer et faire évoluer une petite équipe logistique (~10 personnes)
  • Organiser l’activité, animer les réunions quotidiennes
  • Garantir le respect des consignes de sécurité en lien avec les référents HSE
  • Participer aux opérations si besoin (CACES 1, 3, 5, 6 et 6+ appréciés)

Optimisation et amélioration continue

  • Appliquer et faire évoluer les procédures logistiques (WMS, ERP, TMS)
  • Être force de proposition pour optimiser les flux et adapter les ressources selon la charge d’activité

Gestion des partenaires externes

  • Piloter les transporteurs du site
  • Suivre l’entretien des équipements logistiques
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des coûts logistiques

Dimension transversale

  • Assurer le back-up du Responsable de site pour les sujets HSE et Services Généraux en son absence
  • Participer aux projets Groupe et aux échanges avec les autres plateformes européennes

Nos conditions :

Démarrage : au plus tôt Contrat : 38h/semaine, CDI

Statut : Cadre Lieu : Freneuse (78)

Rémunération : entre 40K et 45K€ / an

Horaires : Journée

Expérience confirmée sur un même poste

Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en logistique, supply chain ou transport souhaité

Maîtrise des outils WMS, ERP et TMS

Capacité d’analyse des performances logistiques et mise en place d’actions correctives

Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel

Leadership, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, esprit d’équipe

CACES 1, 3, 5, 6 et 6+ appréciés

Connaissances en sécurité et prévention des risques HSE souhaitées
