The posting

Le/La Responsable IT interviendra sur le bon fonctionnement, la sécurité et l’évolution du système d’information des entreprises au sein du Groupe Lindab France. Il/elle intervient pour garantir la disponibilité des outils informatiques nécessaires aux opérations, tout en pilotant les projets techniques et en accompagnant les utilisateurs au quotidien. En lien direct avec le service IT Groupe, il/elle participe au déploiement des solutions globales, garantit la continuité de service et contribue à l’amélioration de l’environnement informatique des sites français.

Description des activités :

Gestion opérationnelle

·Manager l’équipe support de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs : diagnostic, résolution, suivi des incidents et demandes.

·Accompagner les collaborateurs dans l’utilisation des outils bureautiques, applicatifs internes, solutions métiers et équipements.

·Gérer les tickets au sein de l’outil de support, assurer un suivi rigoureux et garantir un bon niveau de service.

·Intervenir sur site ou à distance selon les besoins.

Installation, maintenance et gestion du matériel IT

·Coordonner les opérations de maintenance du matériel informatique : postes de travail, laptops, imprimantes, périphériques, smartphones.

·Gérer les renouvellements et les déploiements de matériel en lien avec la cellule IT Groupe.

·Suivre le stock de matériel, les affectations, les entrées/sorties et maintenir un inventaire à jour.

·Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements.

Administration de base et gestion des comptes

·Gérer la création, modification et suppression des comptes utilisateurs

·Administrer les droits d’accès dans l’ERP en lien avec le Groupe.

·Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, de confidentialité et de conformité IT.

Coordination avec le service IT Groupe & prestataires externes

·Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du service IT Groupe pour le déploiement des solutions globales et les projets transverses.

·Piloter et coordonner les prestataires externes intervenant sur les sujets informatiques (délégation IT, téléphonie, réseau…).

·Remonter les besoins, incidents majeurs ou demandes spécifiques auprès du Groupe.

Participation aux projets IT

·Contribuer aux projets de déploiement ou de migration d’outils (Office365, sécurité, ERP, réseau, téléphonie…).

·Participer aux projets d’amélioration de l’infrastructure en France (Wi-Fi, sauvegardes, cybersécurité, équipements).

·Assurer la veille technologique pour anticiper les évolutions nécessaires.

Sécurité informatique & bonnes pratiques

·Veiller au respect des politiques IT du Groupe : sécurité, RGPD, gestion des accès, sauvegardes.

·Sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques (cybersécurité, gestion des données, mots de passe…).

·Appliquer les consignes de sécurité, d’hygiène et les règles internes de l’entreprise.

Informatique & bonnes pratiques

·Suivre les contrats, licences, renouvellements et achats de matériel.

·Participer à l’élaboration du budget informatique.

·Optimiser les coûts liés au SI.

Tâches complémentaires

·Mise à jour de la documentation IT (procédures, fiches pratiques, inventaires).

·Support aux audits internes / externes liés à la sécurité ou à l’infrastructure.

·Participation active à l’amélioration continue du service IT.

Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques :

·Anglais courant obligatoire : réunions, support groupe, documentation.

·Maîtrise de Windows et Office 365

·Connaissances réseau (VLAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).

·Connaissance d’un ERP (AX, Dynamics 365 est un plus).

·Très bonne capacité de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes.

·Utilisation d’un outil de ticketing.

Formation :

·Bac +3 / Bac +5 informatiques & réseaux

·Anglais indispensable, niveau opérationnel quotidien.

Expérience :

·Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire (contexte groupe) ou au sein d’une cellule IT.

Qualités requises :

·Rigueur et organisation

·Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

·Autonomie à son poste

Rémunération et avantages :

Rémunération : 45 000€ à 55 000€ brut annuel (Fixe + variable)
