Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Maschinenbau, in der Automatisierungstechnik oder im Industrial Engineering sammeln und an einer realen Investitions- und Konstruktionsentscheidung mitwirken? Im Rahmen eines technischen Projektes untersuchst Du Möglichkeiten, unsere bestehenden Montageanlagen für Aerosolventile an einen zukünftigen automatisierten Kartontransfer anzubinden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Engineering-Experten zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in die Bewertung und Entwicklung industrieller Automatisierungslösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse von zehn bestehenden Montageanlagen hinsichtlich ihrer Kartonschnittstellen
  • Erfassung, Dokumentation und Kategorisierung der unterschiedlichen Anlagenkonzepte
  • Recherche und Bewertung möglicher Fördersysteme und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Entwicklung verschiedener technischer Lösungsansätze zur Anbindung der Anlagen
  • Erstellung eines Kriterienkatalogs zur technischen und wirtschaftlichen Bewertung
  • Vergleich externer Anbieterlösungen mit möglichen Eigenentwicklungen hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Kosten und Umsetzungsaufwand
  • Erarbeitung einer Entscheidungsempfehlung für die weitere Vorgehensweise
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei der Konstruktion und Ausarbeitung einer eigenen technischen Lösung

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CAD-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
