Vikarer søges til bofællesskabet Lindehuset

På Lindehuset bor 12 skønne mennesker i alderen 27- 71 år med betydelig og varig funktionsnedsættelse. Her arbejder vi hver dag for at skabe rammerne for et trygt, meningsfuldt og aktivt liv – med fokus på trivsel, selvstændighed, sundhed og beskæftigelse.

Lindehuset er en del af Bo & Aktiv i Faaborg Midtfyn kommune og er beliggende i Ringe.

Arbejdstiden er skiftende - dag, aften og weekend, samt rådighedsvagter.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

  • Har et positivt menneskesyn og let ved at skabe relationer
  • Kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag
  • Trives i et arbejdsfællesskab med fokus på trivsel, samt ærlig og god dialog

Du vil få en grundig introduktion og oplæring, så du føler dig godt klædt på til opgaven.

Som ansat på Lindehuset bliver du en vigtig del af beboernes hverdag. Vi arbejder ud fra et borgerperspektiv, hvor indsatsen tilrettelægges i samarbejde med den enkelte beboer og med respekt for individuelle behov og forudsætninger.

  • Støtte og vejlede i praktiske og personlige forhold
  • Varetage plejeopgaver i forbindelse med bad og toiletbesøg for nogle af borgerne
