Was du bewirkst

  • Du übernimmst die personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für die beiden Pflegeteams Onkologie und Spezialisierte Palliative Care mit insgesamt rund 30 Vollzeitstellen.
  • Gemeinsam mit zwei Teamleitenden gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung der Strukturen und Prozesse und stärkst die teamübergreifende und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du führst wertschätzend, partizipativ und klar, förderst Eigenverantwortung und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Vertrauen, gegenseitige Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit gelebt werden.
  • Du verantwortest das Budget und setzt dich für effiziente Pflegeabläufe sowie einen gezielten und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz der vorhandenen Ressourcen ein.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du bist Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF und verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie eine Führungsausbildung, beispielsweise ein CAS in Leadership.
  • Du hast klinische Erfahrung in der Akutpflege und Freude daran, dich vertieft in die Fachgebiete Onkologie und spezialisierte Palliative Care einzuarbeiten.
  • Ein CAS in Palliative Care hast du bereits absolviert oder du bist bereit, spätestens 2028 mit dieser Weiterbildung zu starten.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und eine klare, verbindliche Kommunikation zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie dein hoher Anspruch an eine qualitativ hochwertige, personzentrierte Pflege.
  • Du gestaltest Veränderungen mit Weitblick und Freude, gibst Orientierung und verstehst es, Führungspersonen und Teams in ihrer Entwicklung zu stärken.
