ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som socialsekreterare möter du målgruppen barn och ungdomar upp till 21år och deras vårdnadshavare. Ditt uppdrag är att utreda och handlägga ärenden enligt SoL och LVU samt följa upp öppenvårdsinsatser. Du kommer att samarbeta med interna såväl som externa resurser. Du arbetar enligt BBIC och dokumenterar i verksamhetssystemet VIVA.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har:

  • Socionomexamen
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av utredning och handläggning av SoL samt LVU
  • B-körkort
  • Goda kunskaper i dokumentation
  • God förmåga att uttrycka dig i svenska språket, såväl muntligt som skriftligt

För att trivas hos oss föredrar du att arbeta i team med ett gemensamt ansvarstagande samtidigt som du självständig driver arbetet framåt. I rollen är det viktigt att du är lyhörd i kontakten med andra och du har en naturlig förmåga att sätta dig in i andras perspektiv utan att förlora din professionella integritet. Arbetet ställer krav på god kommunikativ förmåga vilket bland annat innebär att du på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift. Som socialsekreterare krävs även en flexibilitet och förmåga att snabbt ställa om i händelse av att ett ärende kräver det. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

I samband med rekrytering kommer vi att begära utdrag ur belastningsregistret och misstankeregistret. Detta sker i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och som en del av vår lämplighetsprövning.
