Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Februar 2027 1 Empfangsmitarbeiter_in Ihre Aufgaben sind:

* Erste Ansprechperson für Kund_innen und Geschäftspartner_innen

* Telefonvermittlung

* Unterweisung für Monteure / Besucher_innen / Vertreter_innen

* Daten und Dokumentenpflege, Aufbereitung und Ablage

* Jause Bestellung

* Post

Sie bringen folgende Ausbildung und Erfahrung mit:

* Gepflegtes freundliches Auftreten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

* Pünktlich und zuverlässig

* Organisationstalent

* Genaue, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähig und kommunikativ
