Vi söker en forskningsassistent inom maskininlärning och farmakogenomik Om jobbet Tjänsten som forskningsassistent är placerad i en nyetablerad forskargrupp inom farmakogenomik vid Linköpings universitet. Arbetet kommer huvudsakligen att vara inriktat på att tillämpa avancerade maskininlärningsmetoder för att förutsäga substratspecifika effekter av genetiska varianter. Anställningen är helt forskningsinriktad och omfattar metodutveckling, dataanalys och författande av forskningsmanus. Om dig Vi söker dig som har mycket goda färdigheter inom utveckling av maskininlärningsmodeller och erfarenhet av att arbeta med biologiska dataset. Vi vill att du har: Masterexamen inom datavetenskap eller annat relevant område. Omfattande arbetslivserfarenhet av att utveckla avancerade maskininlärningsmodeller, inklusive djupinlärning och grafneuronätverk (GNN).

Det är meriterande om du har: Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med biologiska data, i synnerhet genomiska data. Kunskap inom farmakogenomik och prediktion av effekter av genetiska varianter.

Din arbetsplats Anställningen är placerad vid Institutionen för biomedicinska och kliniska vetenskaper (BKV) på Avdelningen för klinisk kemi och farmakologi (KKF), vid Linköpings universitet. Om anställningen Detta är en tidsbegränsad anställning på heltid. Anställningen gäller från och med den 1 december 2026 till och med den 30 september 2027.
