Estamos conduzindo a seleção de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Qualidade para atuar em uma indústria consolidada do segmento de embalagens de papelão ondulado, com mais de 20 anos de atuação no mercado.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em Gestão da Qualidade e ISO 9001, vivência em ambiente industrial e perfil prático, resolutivo e próximo da operação.

SOBRE A POSIÇÃO

O profissional será responsável pela liderança técnica da área de Qualidade, garantindo a manutenção e evolução do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ) e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

A posição terá interface direta com a gestão e a diretoria e contará com uma equipe de 4 profissionais já estruturada.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Monitorar a eficácia do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e propor ações de melhoria;
  • Conduzir tratativas de não conformidades de processos, clientes e fornecedores;
  • Planejar e executar auditorias internas;
  • Acompanhar auditorias externas de clientes e organismos certificadores;
  • Realizar inspeções e verificações de lotes quando necessário;
  • Controlar processos de metrologia, calibração e verificação;
  • Apoiar a homologação e avaliação de fornecedores e clientes;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais de desempenho;
  • Promover treinamentos relacionados a normas, procedimentos e ferramentas da Qualidade;
  • Apoiar a Análise Crítica pela Direção;
  • Garantir o atendimento aos requisitos legais, normativos e contratuais aplicáveis.

REQUISITOS

  • Conhecimento avançado em processos industriais e controle da qualidade conforme ISO 9001;
  • Experiência em produção de embalagens de papelão ondulado;
  • Domínio de ferramentas da Qualidade e interpretação de especificações técnicas (IAC/RIP);
  • Conhecimento de instrumentos de medição, como trena e espessímetro;
  • Experiência com auditorias, indicadores e tratamento de não conformidades;
  • Organização e atenção aos registros e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
  • Comunicação clara e postura orientativa junto às equipes de produção;
  • Perfil prático, resolutivo e comprometido com resultados.

FORMAÇÃO

Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
