Vil du komme ned til os på smukke Kreta? En ø med herlige strande og et behageligt klima året rundt. Som kundeservice medarbejder rådgiver og hjælper du dansktalende kunder over tlf. og mail.

linkAnordic søger dansktalende kundeservicemedarbejder som vil vokse og udvikles sammen med resten af vores kontor i Chania på Kreta. Du vil blive en del af et dynamisk team på smukke Kreta!

Om jobbet Aktivt support over tlf, chat, mail og andre medier. Du vil arbejde med mange kendte varemærker og dit arbejde vil bestå af - at tage imod indgående samtaler, hvor du analyserer problemer og på en hurtig, engageret og pædagoisk måde, løser kundernes problemer - store som små. Du kommer til at være en del af et glad og engageret team, som kan lide at give service og møde kundernes behov.

Kvalifikasjons- og stillingskrav:

● Har en stor interesse for at hjælpe mennesker og lette deres hverdag. ● For at du skal trives i rollen, skal du være serviceminded, professionel og omhyggelig. ● Du har empati og du kan tilpasse dig efter kundens behov, samtidigt med at du med selvsikkerhed guider kunden til en løsning. ● Du har endda egenskaber til at tage ansvar og motivere, samt at du er løsningsorienteret. ● Du kan snakke og skrive dansk. ● Du kan tale, skrive og forstå engelsk. ● Du skal have et ønske om at arbejde i udlandet. ● Er god til at holde overblik. ● Gode kommunikationsevner. ● Kan arbejde selvstændigt og i teams.
