Présentation du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Data Consultant(e) pour accompagner la transformation Data & IA de nos clients C-Level (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, opérations, customer support, IT...). Le/la consultant(e) pilote avec une large autonomie des projets complets de bout en bout, supervisé(e) par un n+1 (manager, directeur, partner), et encadre les consultants plus juniors.

Missions :

  • Piloter un ou plusieurs streams : garantir le delivery, identifier les points de blocage, proposer des solutions, assurer la gestion de projet (documentation, planning, comptes-rendus)
  • Encadrer et donner des feedbacks constructifs aux membres juniors de l'équipe
  • Produire de manière autonome les livrables de mission : présentations, benchmarks, études de cas, workshop decks, sections steerco
  • Rédiger des storylines et concevoir des slides percutantes
  • Animer les interviews et workshops clients
  • Construire une relation de confiance avec les clients et identifier des opportunités business
  • Contribuer au développement d'Artefact : développement d'une offre, d'une industrie, d'un chapter ou d'un partenariat école ; participation au recrutement et à la formation des nouveaux arrivants
  • Soutenir et développer une ou plusieurs expertises internes (stratégie, data governance, data marketing...) via la construction d'offres, la formation, ou des actions marketing

Profil recherché :

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en cabinet de conseil
  • Double profil "business" et "data" : curieux(se), passionné(e) par la data et les évolutions technologiques
  • Esprit analytique, goût pour la résolution de problèmes
  • Expérience en gestion de clients et identification d'opportunités commerciales
  • Maîtrise de la Suite Google/Pack Office et des outils de workshop ; excellente communication en français et en anglais (écrit/oral)

Rémunération : 53 000€ à 63 000€ brut annuel (fixe) + jusqu’à 5 000€ de variable selon expérience et séniorité
