Au sein de l’équipe technique d’Artefact, vous rejoignez une communauté de Software Engineers intervenant en tant qu'architectes et développeurs auprès de grands groupes mondiaux. Dans un contexte de forte accélération autour de la Data et de l’IA Generative, vous intervenez pour répondre à des problématiques stratégiques et complexes d'ingénierie logicielle.

Ce qu’on attend de vous :

En tant que profil Senior, vous concevez et déployez des architectures robustes (Data Platforms, Agentic Platforms), tout en encadrant les choix techniques et la qualité des livrables. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'épanouissement de l'équipe à travers le mentoring, les revues de code et le partage de bonnes pratiques sur des stacks modernes.

Vos missions :

  • Concevoir et déployer des architectures Data & IA complexes et scalables (ex. architectures Médaillon, solutions multi-agents LangGraph sur Kubernetes).
  • Construire des Data Platforms robustes sur GCP, AWS, Azure ou Snowflake en appliquant les principes de l'Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Intégrer les technologies GenAI et LLM au sein de systèmes complexes (orchestration, évaluation, contrôle) et utiliser des coding agents au quotidien pour optimiser la productivité.
  • Garantir la qualité du code, la sécurité et la performance des livrables en appliquant les meilleures pratiques de Software Engineering.
  • Accompagner et faire monter en compétences les membres de l'équipe à travers des revues de code formatrices et du mentoring.
  • Défendre et soutenir de manière pédagogique des convictions techniques fortes auprès des clients et des équipes.
  • Participer activement à la vie de la communauté technique (Guildes, Talks Tech, REX) et au partage de connaissances.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience & Mindset : Profil Senior ingénieux, curieux et exigeant, disposant d'une solide expérience en ingénierie logicielle et sur des architectures complexes en production.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Capacités d'analyse et fortes intuitions techniques pour aborder des sujets complexes et non défrichés.
  • Leadership & Transmission : Posture bienveillante et pédagogique, à l'aise pour guider la progression d'une équipe et défendre des choix d'architecture.
  • Spécialisations (au moins 1) : Expertise confirmée en Analytics Engineering, Software Development, SRE, Cloud Architecture ou AI Engineering.
  • Stack technique : Maîtrise de plusieurs technologies clés de notre écosystème (Python, FastAPI, dbt, LangGraph, Docker, Terraform, GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Kubernetes).

Process de recrutement :

  • HR Interview (30- 45 min) : Échange sur votre parcours, vos motivations et l'adéquation culturelle avec un Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Technical Deep Dive (60 min) : Session de live coding et d'architecture system design avec un Senior Engineering Lead basé en France.
  • US / Manager Interview (60 min) : Échange avec un Lead AI & Agentic Engineer pour évaluer le fit opérationnel et la dimension internationale.

Rémunération : Package : 60 000 € à 70 000 € brut annuel (fixe) + 6 000 € de variable, selon expérience et séniorité.
