Apoio admnistrativo e financeiro;

Estruturação e organização de arquivos de documentos;

Serviços auxiliares de controle financeiro;

Preenchimento de formulários, planilhas e outros documentos;

Atendimento (telefone, e-mail);

Encaminhamento interno de clientes e visitantes da empresa;

Recebimento de fornecedores e encaminhamento dos materiais recebidos;

Elaboração de agendas, checklists, manuais, etc;

Redação e digitação de documentos e comunicados;

Participação em reuniões de vários setores, sempre que solicitado;

Apoio na comunicação interna e externa da empresa;

Auxílio para o desenvolvimento de atividades do departamento financeiro e auditoria, como: controle de fluxo de caixa, cobranças, processamento de pagamentos e rotinas de conciliação bancária; emissão de boletos bancários e notas fiscais, controle de repasses, faturamento, conciliação bancária, dentre outros.

Emissão de relatórios e planilhas necessários para o controle de suas atividades.

Interface com contabilidades, validades de alvaras e licemças, dentre outros.
