The posting

岗位职责：

1、负责开闭件功能附件相关产品（玻璃升降器、开闭件密封条、内\外把手、开闭件门锁系统、导轨、防水膜等）开发、技术文件的设计和下发，能力提升及设计辅助文件总结和整理。

2、负责新产品的造型方案工程可行性分析工作，完成开闭件功能件系统零部件的布置、校核，设计构想、断面设计、方案设计、数据设计、图纸设计和相关技术文件编制工作等；

3、负责解析相关法律法规、行业性能标准，设定开闭件功能件系统相关零部件的性能目标，指导相关零部件的3D数模设计和2D图纸设计工作，完成对应性能指标的开发；

4、负责开闭件功能件系统相关零部件的设计过程评审、检查等工作；

5、负责解析开闭件功能件系统相关零部件的成本构成，拆解子零部件成本，并按目标成本完成对应产品开发工作；

6、负责开闭件功能件系统相关零部件的各类阀点交付技术文件编写；

7、负责开闭件功能件系统相关零部件的开发管控以及ESO认可；

8、完成功能件系统零部件&系统的性能开发；

9、负责解析相关零部件的成本构成，拆解子零部件成本，并按目标成本完成对应产品开发工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械、材料等相关专业；

2、从事开闭件、功能件开发工作8年以上，熟悉整车开发流程，具有2个以上车型项目开发经验
